The great part about this challenge is it's for EVERYBODY! While our focus is on establishing 6 healthy habits, you can choose to go all-in and get in the best shape of your life at the same time. Past challenges have included 100's of people from ages 18-70 wanting to better their health.
First of all, our focus is NEVER on weight. We aim to help people lose body fat while gaining/maintaining muscle mass. This eliminates crash diets and the typical yo-yo cycle. What REALLY sets this challenge apart, is the focus on 6 key habits to build a solid foundation of health and wellness. Community, fun, and unmatched accountability will ensure your success.
You can register up until the start of the challenge. Late entries are not accepted. We do this to ensure everyone is getting the full experience!
Our average challenge participant loses 20% of their body fat WITHOUT losing any of their muscle! People have lost as much as 50% of their fat, but these results are not typical. More than anything, you can expect to walk away with improved knowledge about nutrition, and a solid starting point for continued improvement moving forward.
